Hi Everybody! I’m Kyle Denton. Welcome to Leadership Daily! Today we have a special session with co-host Nicole Taylor, a diversity and inclusion program manager for a 15,000-person organization–$2.2 billion annually–and she has the experience of leading and supporting employee resource groups, performing command wide surveys and interventions, and developing command strategy. She has real lived, real-world experience, with diversity and inclusion and I’m super excited to have her on on this recurring segment so everybody say “hi, Nicole!”
